Your missions

En tant que Consultant Senior, vous accompagnerez nos clients dans le secteur de l’assurance et la protection sociale dans leur projet de transformation (RH, Finance, SI, Organisation, Directions métier), en combinant approche tactique, opérationnelle et humaine.

Vos missions :

Transformation des organisations

  • Analyser les enjeux métier, SI et organisationnels
  • Réaliser des diagnostics, élaborer les schémas directeurs et business cases
  • Refondre les processus et définir les trajectoires de transformation
  • Traduire fonctionnellement des besoins (processus, outils, données)
  • Préconiser des solutions, aider au choix d’outils
  • Piloter des projets ou des programmes de transformation
  • Faciliter et animer des ateliers d’intelligence collective

Conduite du changement

  • Cadrer et définir une stratégie d’accompagnement sur mesure
  • Diagnostiquer les impacts : résistances, culture, organisation, pratiques
  • Mobiliser les acteurs clés : comités, relais, managers, sponsors
  • Mettre en oeuvre des leviers d’engagement : communication, formation, coaching, animation
  • Suivre l’adhésion et mesurer de l’efficacité du dispositif

Selon votre niveau, vous pourrez également :

  • Participer à la montée en compétences de consultants plus juniors
  • Participer aux démarches commerciales (réponses à appels d’offres, propositions, ouverture d’un nouveau compte client ou d’un nouveau secteur)
  • Participer au développement de la vie du cabinet et de ses consultants (RH, formation, développement, offres, RSE).

Profile required

  • Diplômé d’une école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou d’un master universitaire
  • Vous justifiez de minimum 5 ans d’expérience en cabinet de conseil ou en entreprise, avec une expertise en transformation, conduite du changement ou pilotage de projets dans le secteur de l’assurance et/ou protection sociale.
  • Vous aimez être au plus proche de votre client sur le terrain
  • Vous aimez autant proposer une approche méthodologique que des solutions innovantes
  • À l’aise avec les environnements complexes, vous êtes structuré, adaptable, autonome, avec un excellent relationnel
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel est un plus apprécié
