We have structured our ESG commitments around 4 major challenges
Adoption of a responsible governance model
We factor ethics, transparency and integrity criteria into all decision-making as part of our commitment to serving our clients, team members and partners responsibly and reliably. We integrate CSR across all our governance bodies to guarantee the responsible and ethical management of our business.
Reduction of our environmental impact
By their very nature, our activities do not have a significant impact on the environment or climate, but finding ways to reduce this is part of our ethical and CSR objective. Internally, our sustainable trajectory is designed to reduce our impact to the lowest possible level. We also ask our suppliers to take steps to reduce their own impact, particularly in terms of greenhouse gas emissions and waste production. Indirectly, our approach allows our clients to also reduce their impact.
Leveraging of human capital
Our human capital is our most precious asset. By investing in our team members’ potential, we cultivate a work environment where everyone finds their place. Our staff contribute meaningfully to our trajectory, they are mobilized and committed to the values we share.
Building our local presence
We open offices locally because we believe it is our duty to commit to the regions where we do business. We build relationships of trust with local ecosystems to create a virtuous circle, contributing to regional growth.
In 2024, we championed the cause of sport as part of our annual national campaign, taking action to support local developments which helps us take action on a local level.
