Your missions

Dans le cadre du développement de notre bureau toulousain, nous recherchons un Consultant Export Control pour accompagner un projet de refonte des processus Hold & Release au sein d’un acteur majeur du secteur aéronautique.
Vous interviendrez dans un contexte international, au cœur d’une transformation outillée et structurante.

Vos missions :

Vous interviendrez d’abord sur l’analyse des processus actuels afin d’identifier les écarts avec les standards de la nouvelle solution.
Vous participerez ensuite à la définition des processus cibles, puis à leur déploiement et à l’accompagnement au changement auprès des équipes concernées.

Vos responsabilités incluront :

  • L’analyse des processus Hold & Release et l’identification des améliorations nécessaires ;
  • La définition des processus cibles Export Control (classification d’articles, demandes de licences, screening tiers…) ;
  • La participation au déploiement opérationnel ;
  • L’accompagnement au changement auprès des parties prenantes internes ;
  • La contribution à la gestion de projet et à la maîtrise des risques ;
  • Le travail dans un environnement digital (Google Workspace, SAP) et international.

Profile required

  • Vous disposez d’une solide expérience en gestion de projet/programme et maîtrisez les réglementations Export Control (biens à double usage, Military List, EAR, ITAR…) ;
  • Vous connaissez les processus de conformité, notamment ceux liés au Hold & Release ;
  • Rigoureux, autonome et doté d’une communication claire, vous êtes à l’aise dans des environnements complexes et multiculturels ;
  • Vous avez une appétence pour les projets digitaux et une bonne compréhension des enjeux de transformation et de risques ;
  • Des connaissances en flux logistiques, procurement ou logistique opérationnelle sont appréciées, tout comme une familiarité avec SAP GTS ;
  • Un niveau d’anglais courant est indispensable ; l’allemand ou l’espagnol est un plus.
