Your missions

Dans le cadre du développement et de la croissance de notre bureau situé à Lille, et en tant que Consutlant Senior chez Willing, vous accompagnez nos partenaires du secteur du retail en réalisant les missions suivantes :

  • Piloter les projets : construction et suivi de planning, préparation, animation d’instances de pilotage, rédaction de compte-rendus, gestion du risque.
  • Accompagner les sujets AMOA : animation d’ateliers d’expression de besoins, rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles et de cahier des charges, recette fonctionnelle (création de scénario de tests, rédaction de cas de tests, animation des utilisateurs pendant la recette fonctionnelle, déroulé des tests, gestion des anomalies…)
  • Accompagner les sujets Change : Gap Analysis (process existants vers process cible), construction d’un dispositif pédagogique (plan de communication et supports de formations), animation de formations métier/outil, accompagnement utilisateurs, ancrage/mesure d’appropriation.
  • Poser un cadre d’intervention propice au bon déroulé de la mission : définir les conditions d’intervention au démarrage avec le client (instances, reporting…)

Vous évoluerez sur votre périmètre d’intervention avec une grande autonomie, vous serez force de proposition et vous élargirez et développerez vos compétences.

Au-delà de cette opportunité, vous serez amené à participer et à travailler sur des sujets internes (développement commercial, participation aux appels d’offres, propositions commerciales, sujets transverses RH).

Profile required

  • Diplômé d’une école de Commerce, d’Ingénieur ou d’un cursus Universitaire, vous bénéficiez d’au moins minimum 7 ans d’expérience dans un cabinet de conseil dont 4 ans minimum sur un projet Change.
  • Vous maîtrisez toutes les phases AMOA et Change.
  • Vous avez un niveau d’anglais professionnel.
  • Vous savez allier esprit d’équipe, rigueur, pédagogie et engagement.
