Your missions

En tant que Manager AMOA SI chez Willing, vous accompagnez nos clients dans le déploiement de nouvelles solutions, de la phase de cadrage jusqu’au déploiement opérationnel.

Vos missions :
Intégré à une équipe engagée, vous accompagnez les métiers dans la mise en œuvre de projets de transformation en :

  • Posant un diagnostic structuré et en formulant des préconisations pertinentes,
  • Pilotant ou participant aux projets de conduite du changement,
  • Modélisant des processus métiers ou parcours usagers,
  • Intervenant sur des projets à forte dimension SI ou digitale, sans exigence de compétences techniques,
  • Participant au développement commercial du cabinet sur ces sujets (pilotage de comptes clients, préparation des appels d’offres, présentation commerciale, relation/foisonnement clients),
  • Manageant les équipes (suivi opérationnel des missions afin de garantir la satisfaction client, suivi des carrières et du développement des compétences, recrutement…).

Au-delà de cette opportunité, vous serez amené à participer et à travailler sur des sujets internes (développement commercial, participation aux appels d’offres, propositions commerciales, sujets transverses RH).

Profile required

  • Bonne compréhension des Systèmes d’Information ou de la sphère digitale,
  • Expérience en gestion de projet, AMOA, ou conduite du changement,
  • Une appétence ou expérience en gestion de la relation usagers,
  • Capacité d’écoute, de synthèse et de priorisation,
  • Aisance à l’écrit comme à l’oral, avec un bon esprit de persuasion,
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international,
  • Management : expérience d’encadrement d’équipe consultants, leadership bienveillant et exigeant, capacité à donner du sens, fédérer et développer ses équipes,
  • Expérience professionnelle de minimum 8 ans dont au moins 4 ans en conseil,
  • Des certifications type Change, Agile ou Lean sont un vrai plus.
