Your missions

En tant que Consultant senior en transformation des organisations chez WILLING, vous accompagnez nos partenaires dans le cadre des programmes de transformation pour les fonctions RH, Finances, SI, Organisation ou toute autre direction métier.

À ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Accompagnement de nos clients dans l’analyse et la compréhension de leurs problématiques organisationnelles, métier et SI ;
  • Cadrage stratégique, schéma directeur et business plan ;
  • Refonte des processus ;
  • Traduction fonctionnelle des besoins (processus, fonctionnalités, données) ;
  • Préconisation de solutions et assistance aux choix d’outils ;
  • Conduite de la transformation et le pilotage de grands projets ;
  • Accompagnement au changement ;

Vous évoluerez sur votre périmètre d’intervention avec une grande autonomie, vous serez force de proposition et vous élargirez et développerez vos compétences.

Au-delà de cette opportunité, vous serez amené à participer et à travailler sur des sujets internes (développement commercial, participation aux appels d’offres, propositions commerciales, sujets transverses RH).

Profile required

Diplômé d’une école de Commerce, d’Ingénieur ou d’un cursus Universitaire, vous bénéficiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un cabinet de conseil sur des problématiques similaires.

Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement international.

Vous savez allier méthode, rigueur et flexibilité.

Doté d’une bonne aisance relationnelle et capacité d’adaptation, vous travaillez facilement en autonomie comme en équipe.
