Willing continues its strategy of bringing together Lille-based consulting players and integrates Projexion

Six months after integrating Altera Group into its Lille teams, Willing continues its territorial development strategy in Northern France. The consulting firm announces a new partnership with Projexion, a recognised player in the digital transformation of organisations.

This alliance strengthens Willing’s local presence and supports the establishment of a reference hub for transformation consulting in Lille, built on complementary expertise, shared local governance, and a common ambition to serve businesses across the region.

Projexion joins forces with Willing and Altera Group to form a leading transformation player in the Haut de France region

At a time when the consulting market is facing increasingly complex transformations, whether human, organisational, technological, and environmental, Willing has chosen to bring forces together and believes in a pragmatic and collective approach to addressing current challenges faced by the organisations.

Willing brings together leading local players to serve customers in the region, offering the most comprehensive technological and human expertise to help them successfully transform their businesses, particularly in the context of the data and AI revolution.

It is within this context that Projexion, a Lille-based firm specialising in consulting and support organisations through transformation, joins the Willing Group.

This partnership marks a new, structuring milestone for Willing’s development in Lille: Willing, Altera Group, and Projexion are now united within a single organisation, forming a leading transformation player in the Hauts-de-France region, with projected consolidated revenue of €12 million by 2026.

Guillaume Denys, founder of Projexion, explains:

This partnership is the result of long-standing reflection. The consulting market is evolving rapidly and now requires players capable of combining expertise, execution capacity, and a long-term vision. We chose to join a collective project, sharing our vision of consulting: demanding, human-centred, and committed. Joining Willing opens up new opportunities for our teams and our clients, while allowing us to remain a leading player in Lille. By bringing together complementary expertise with strong local roots, the group gains the capacity to support larger-scale transformation projects, while maintaining a transparent, agile, and local organisation.

Within this trio of firms, Projexion brings its expertise in enterprise architecture and information systems governance, in manageming and supporting change of complex projects, as well as distinctive know-how in ludopedagogical training engineering applied to organisational transformation. Projexion has been deploying its recognised expertise for over 15 years with major regional and national organisations, particularly in retail, banking and insurance, industry, education, and public and semi-public sectors.

Projexion’s 15 employees will join the Sharewood site, the historic and emblematic headquarters of Altera Group, which also hosts all of Willing’s Lille-based teams.

A gradual integration based on continuity and synergy creation

Following the integration of Altera Group six months ago, Willing is now embarking on the integration of Projexion, guided by continuity, gradual implementation, and shared values.
The objective is “to adopt a smooth and progressive integration approach, which has already proven successful with Altera Group in Lille, as well as with the integration of SK Consulting in Nantes. The key challenge is to support the long-term structuring and development of Willing’s Lille hub, while respecting the heritage and regional roots of each entity while pursuing the ambition of offering the most comprehensive digital transformation services in the region,” explains Benjamin Provost.

In line with this dynamic, Caroline Zaranski, formerly Commercial Manager of Altera Group, has been appointed Head of Willing’s Lille office. Her role will include supporting team integration and projecting them into a collective project that combines the strength of a national group with strong local agility.

Our roadmap for 2026 is clear: to bring together the skills of each entity to meet the transformation challenges faced by companies in the region, as part of a collective, transparent, and unifying project where everyone can find their place.

A territorial anchoring strategy at the heart of Willing’s Project

Historically based in Toulouse, Willing deploys its consulting vision nationwide while maintaining a strong local presence in each of its regions of operation.

Beyond the complementarity nature of their expertise, this partnership is based on shared values of service quality, commitment, and cooperation, serving regional economic players.

Our ambition is to work closely with key local transformation players in order to become a leading force, while maintaining a local approach in each of our offices, which is essential for responding the specific challenges of every region. We firmly believe that we are stronger together than apart.
