This acquisition marks a new milestone of the One Willing 2026 strategic plan, which aims to build a strong, committed collective rooted in local territories and focused on impact-driven transformations.

Willing: an ambitious growth dynamic
The alliance between Willing and Altera Group is in line with the ambitious growth path set out in the One Willing 2026 plan. Following the integration of SK Consulting, based in Nantes and Niort, in June 2025, this new operation strengthens the Group’s presence in the different regions.
Willing achieved a 2024 revenue of €22m and is targeting 60% growth in 2025. The group currently employs 250 people in 9 offices: 8 in France (Toulouse, Paris, Lille, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Nantes, Strasbourg) and 1 in Geneva, Switzerland.
