Your missions

En tant que Manager en Conduite du Changement chez WILLING, vous accompagnez nos partenaires dans le cadre des programmes de transformation et de conduite au changement pour les fonctions RH, Finances, SI, Organisation ou toute autre direction métier.

À ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • En lien avec la stratégie du client, définir un accompagnement sur mesure ;
  • Réaliser un diagnostic pour évaluer les résistances au changement, les impacts sur la culture d’entreprise, l’organisation, les processus ou les outils ;
  • Mettre en œuvre tous les leviers à disposition pour mobiliser et engager les acteurs clés du projet ;
  • Assurer le pilotage et la réalisation des projets dont vous avez la responsabilité (aide aux choix, pilotage, refonte du processus) ;

Vous évoluerez sur votre périmètre d’intervention avec une grande autonomie, vous serez force de proposition et vous élargirez et développerez vos compétences.

Au-delà de cette opportunité, vous serez amené à participer et à travailler sur des sujets internes (développement commercial, participation aux appels d’offres, propositions commerciales, sujets transverses RH).

Profile required

Diplômé d’une école de Commerce, d’Ingénieur ou d’un cursus Universitaire, vous bénéficiez d’au moins minimum 8 ans d’expérience dans un cabinet de conseil sur des problématiques similaires.

Vous connaissez les enjeux liés au déploiement d’une stratégie de change.

Vous êtes capable d’appliquer et d’adapter une méthodologie change (Prosci, ADKAR …).

Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement international.

Vous savez allier méthode, rigueur et flexibilité.

Doté d’une bonne aisance relationnelle et capacité d’adaptation, vous travaillez facilement en autonomie comme en équipe.
