Your missions

En tant que Consultant en organisation chez SK Consulting by Willing, vous accompagnez nos clients dans leurs transformations.

En tant que consultant confirmé ou sénior, vous aurez l’opportunité d’exploiter et enrichir vos compétences et expériences au sein de notre collectif et auprès nos clients, en tirant parti des savoir-faire et expertises de notre cabinet, au sein de diverses missions.

Cadrage et pilotage de programme ou projet,
Diagnostic organisationnel,
Définition de plan d’entreprise,
Accompagnement et mise en œuvre d’évolution des organisations,
Accompagnement du changement,
Mobilisation et intelligence collective.

Au-delà de cette opportunité, vous serez amené à participer et à travailler sur des sujets internes (développement commercial, participation aux appels d’offres, propositions commerciales, sujets transverses RH).

Profile required

Pour ce poste de consultant confirmé ou sénior, votre profil est en adéquation si :

Vous êtes issu d’une formation initiale de niveau BAC+5 d’école d’ingénieur, d’école de commerce ou de Master Universitaire
Vous avez une ou plusieurs expériences significatives dans le conseil et/ou dans le secteur Banque Assurance
Vous êtes reconnu pour des compétences métiers liées à notre positionnement, nos offres d’accompagnement ou expertises
Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience
