Your missions

En tant que Consultant confirmé en pilotage de projet chez WILLING, vous accompagnez nos partenaires en réalisant les missions suivantes :

  • Accompagner la mise en place d’un standard de méthodes projets au sein de l’entreprise (process projet harmonisés, documentation type, optimisation de l’existant …)
  • Accompagner les collaborateurs dans l’appropriation des nouvelles méthodes
  • Conseiller les collaborateurs dans la gestion de leur projet
  • Participer opérationnellement à la gestion d’un ou plusieurs projets de l’entreprise en fonction des besoins de renfort identifié par la direction générale. Ceci sur tout ou partie du cycle projet.
  • Participer à l’animation d’une communauté et mettre en place une communication sur les projets de l’entreprise.

Vous évoluerez sur votre périmètre d’intervention avec une grande autonomie, vous serez force de proposition et vous élargirez et développerez vos compétences.

Au-delà de cette opportunité, vous serez amené à participer et à travailler sur des sujets internes (développement commercial, participation aux appels d’offres, propositions commerciales, sujets transverses RH).

Profile required

Diplômé d’une école de Commerce, d’Ingénieur ou d’un cursus Universitaire, vous bénéficiez d’au moins minimum 3 ans d’expériences dans un cabinet de conseil sur des problématiques similaires.

Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement international 

Vous savez allier méthode, rigueur et flexibilité.

Doté d’une bonne aisance relationnelle et capacité d’adaptation, vous travaillez facilement en autonomie comme en équipe.
