The consulting market is evolving rapidly and now requires players capable of combining expertise, execution capacity, and a long-term vision. Joining Willing opens up new opportunities for our teams and our clients, while allowing us to remain a leading player in Lille. By bringing together complementary expertise with strong local roots, the group gains the capacity to support larger-scale transformation projects, while maintaining a transparent, agile, and local organisation.    <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within this trio of firms, Projexion brings its expertise in enterprise architecture and information systems governance, in manageming and supporting change of complex projects, as well as distinctive know-how in ludopedagogical training engineering applied to organisational transformation. The key challenge is to support the long-term structuring and development of Willing\u2019s Lille hub, while respecting the heritage and regional roots of each entity while pursuing the ambition of offering the most comprehensive digital transformation services in the region,\u201d explains Benjamin Provost. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In line with this dynamic, Caroline Zaranski, formerly Commercial Manager of Altera Group, has been appointed Head of Willing\u2019s Lille office.
